The Beginning

It's now 2012.  I'm going to stop fighting for my life and just live it and the hell with anyone else.  I have drive and ambition.  It seems that whenever I try to get ahead someone wants to stop me for their own selfish reasons. Is it selfish of me to want to better myself?
